Liguria & Piedmont We manage short-term rentals along one continuous stretch of the Ligurian Riviera — seventeen towns running from Imperia in the west to Varazze in the east — and inland in the Langhe, the wine country south of Alba.
Keeping to a defined area is the point. Managing a rental well means being able to reach it: to meet a guest who has arrived early, to let a plumber in on a Sunday, to turn a flat around between a morning checkout and an afternoon check-in. We would rather cover two areas properly than claim the whole country.
The Riviera Listed as the coast runs, from the Riviera dei Fiori through to the edge of the province of Genoa. Every town has its own market, and the pages say so.
Inland Piedmont The one place we work that has nothing to do with the sea. Barolo, Barbaresco and the villages around Alba run an autumn season rather than a summer one, under Piedmont's rules rather than Liguria's — a genuinely different business, handled as one.
