Welcome to Espresso Stays! I'm Maria, a short-term rental and hospitality professional with almost 10 years of experience, having grown professionally alongside the industry itself - helping property owners turn their homes into a reliable and rewarding source of income.
Originally from Piedmont and now based in Liguria, I spent a decade living and working abroad - first in the UK, then in Switzerland - where I built my expertise managing large-scale rental portfolios, overseeing guest operations, and working with international clients at a professional level. During that time, I was responsible for different portfolios of over 200 properties, which taught me everything about what it really takes to run a rental business well: systems, communication, pricing, people, and attention to detail.
Since returning to Italy, I have been working across the Langhe in Piemont, Liguria & Tuscany, and I founded Espresso Stays to bring that international level of expertise to property owners in a region I know and love - and where I saw a real opportunity to offer something different.
